  2. Btw, only my hubby knows about my surgery-the rest of my friends, co workers, family attribute my weight loss to eating lo carb and exercise. Sent from my SM-G935P using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. For the drinking and those 2 days, maybe you could say you arent feeling well and staying home, you can then say your on antibiotics or say your doing a detox to get things back in order after being "sick". With that said, i am about 11 months post op and do have an occasional drink (wine) which was ok with my surgeon and nut-not sure how your specialists feel about it. 9. I agree the activia. I had sleeve on 09.09, had my first poop without any laxatives or softeners on 9.19 but it wasnt "enough". On 9.23 i drank an activia yogurt (mango, yummy) and 2 hrs laters i was cleaned out. Sent from my SM-N930P using the BariatricPal App
  10. I was sleeved 09.09 and i felt the same way but honestly by day 5/6 i felt better and by day 7 felt normal. I didnt focus on pooping, i had a small poop on the 19th (first one since surgery) and didnt have one since until yesterday when i had some activia and within an hour pooped. I have been on clear and full liquids since surgery so wasnt expecting to poop right away and wanted to give my body time to rest and heal. I promise it gets better i wasnt able to drink much either and still can't but try. Hang in there guys! Sent from my SM-N930P using the BariatricPal App
