1st Follow up with Dr

I had my first follow up appt with Surgeon today... Didn't think I was going to make it, had bathroom issues most of the morning, I had no sugar applesauce for Breakfast and it started the flood gates open. haha. It stopped after the third time. Dr says it was probably caused by the applesauce, The first "natural sugars" I've had in 3 weeks, by body took it out of the system fast! It sure did, He told me to expect this for the next few weeks. I guess this is natural? I start pureed foods soon. I cannot wait to chew on something! down 30lbs since the start of my pre-op that started Aug16th. unreal!
