No weight loss yet

One week post op and I havent lost any weight yet? I have only been eating three 2 oz meals a day (full liquid diet) and 2 premier Protein shakes a day. Should I be concerned? Or am I expecting too much too soon? Please help!

If you search up posts like this, you will see that due to being so fresh out of surgery, your body is full of fluids, has gone through a huge shock, and you are definitely at the time where you need to rest and just let your body do its thing. Don't be so hard on yourself, you will lose! :)

Right what @@missblonde20 said! there's probably 100's of posts about this, if not 1000's. What you're experiencing is very very normal. Give your body time to heal and get ride of all the extra Fluid that was pumped into you during your hospital stay.....just keep following you plan. This is not the time to worry about weight loss but rather focus on healing.

Good luck to you!
