Working out during Pre Op diet

Hi everyone,

So I started my pre op diet on Monday. My surgeon only requires a 10 day under 1000 calorie diet. I have been working out while doing it, 30 minuets cardio a a bit of strength exercises. I have noticed though I've had really low energy levels. Did anyone else work out while doing their pre op diet or is it probably just to much?

Just be careful since you are on extremely low calories so you don't want to pass out or anything. I'd probably pass on the working out unless it's just walking
