New to this

I have one visit left with the nut then they submit to insurance. I have already joined a gym and lost 18#. Starting to get nervous about how fast this is going but ready for the change. I am planning on the gastric bypass.

You can do it! Just stay positive, keeping your goals in mind, and you will do amazing.

I look back now and can't believe I was as nervous as I was. I'm only 4 months post-op, but the difference is already just astonishing.

Good luck with everything!
