My high weight was 309# June 2016
Surgery weight 386# November 8 2016
Current weight. 305# January 23 2017
I go back for blood work on 2-8-17, everything seems to be going
Good now. Just wish I would have done this years ago.

Bigcatnomore got a reaction from Ignatius in Guys who started over 400 lbs.My surgery is 11-8. I only have to do 2 days liquid before so that's a plus. It's getting real now, I've made it this far and looking forward to start my new life.
