Vitamins <--- AGAIN HELP!

I'm 5 months post op. I've bought chewable Vitamins from 3 different companies and can't stand them.

I've done TESPO liquid vitamins and I really really don't like the smell. That is my problem mainly is smell. I can stand these however at $80 a month and 3 times a day.. I would like something better.

I just got the Bariatric Advantage Capsules (pills), and WOW.. the smell.. makes me GAG to take them. and then the smell seems to come up from my stomach and I feel like I'm going to puke up to 5 mins after taking them.. The smell gets me.

I've done the Patches however they don't actually provide enough vitamins :( Is there anything else out there???

Thanks, Wendy

PS I do really LOVE the calcium liquid shooter from journey. :) Though extremely thick I have no issues with this.

What is the difference between calcium carbonate and calcium citrate?

Difference between Calcium Carbonate and Calcium Citrate

It is clear then that calcium carbonate is alkaline based while calcium citrate is acid based.

According to scientists, calcium is best absorbed when it is in an acidic environment, hence for better and quick absorption of calcium, calcium citrate is better than calcium carbonate. It does not require extra acids from our stomachs; hence we can take calcium citrate as supplement any time of the day.
