Chrystal Light Sweet Tea

I'm 7 days out of Gastric Sleeve and around day 4 I found myself feeling hungry even though I was following the clear liquid diet. I found that Crystal Light Sweet Tea takes away the hunger feeling, but I wasn't even thinking about tea containing caffeine. I checked the ingredients and it is 99% caffeine free. Think it's ok to continue?

It is probably satisfying your head hunger, not real hunger, or the extra liquids are just helping with stomach acid. Are you on a PPI?

No, I'm not on a PPI. I was just hoping I could continue with the Crystal Light Sweet Tea as a liquid...Thanks
