Have i really lost weight?

Hey guys, it's been a month since my surgery and i've lost almost 17.6lbs. But i dunno why i don't feel like i've lost that much, can it be just muscles and liquids? It's really frustrating i thought i'd be noticing a huge difference after 15+lbs but no.

What are ur guys thoughts?

How much do you weigh? Obviously the more you weigh, the longer it may take for you to notice a change. This is why it's important to take measurements all the time. You may not feel it, but I guarantee you've lost inches!

Don't overthink it. Be proud of the great start and enjoy it. Keep up the great work!

If you take photos, measurements and also keep tabs on how clothes feel, I think you'll really find a difference. I can tell my face and shoulders are losing the majority of the weight, as I am only 7 weeks post op, and I can't wait til it reaches my tummy area!!
