I'm three years out and I have to eat slowly or I risk getting overly full too quickly. When that happens, it all comes back up.

Hi guys. I know you have to eat slowly after having the gastric sleeve but when you are 2-5yrs out do you still have to eat really slowly? Just a question I have.
