A few pre-op questions

Hello,

I am on day 3 of my pre-op diet that consists of all liquids (clears) and 3 Protein shakes a day for 7 days. I am having terrible leg pain for some reason? Did anyone els experience that? Also appx how many grams of protein did you guys take a day on your pre-op diet?

My pre-op diet was at least 100 grams of Protein per day.

Did you start taking your multi Vitamins yet? With just consuming Protein shakes you may want to start them pre-op. You could be low on potassium. My doctor suggested it for me. :)

Day 8 and 9, bowel issues, not to bad though, I'm feeling pretty good today, I just want to get to Aug 30th so I can get working on the new me. GOOD luck to you! you can do this!
