  • Try one egg. I have not had any problems with scrambled eggs but I sure couldn't eat two. (Still mind boggling.) Also, adding a little water instead of milk makes them fluffier and not as heavy.

Yes add milk and purée . You may find them difficult . Eat very slowly . They are an excellent Protein . Best wishes xox
