Pre-op bathroom issue.

I'm on my 8th day of my pre-op liquid diet, I have been pretty much regular, but today I've been to the bathroom 3 times in 3 hours! pretty loose movements (sorry not trying to be gross) anybody else experience that? Hopefully it will go away!

    It is very common.

    Numerous threads on it.

    My surgeon clued me in on the likelihood of such just prior to my starting the liquid diet. Not sure why more don't do the same with their patients.

    Yeah, I was wondering why I was being normal for most of the pre-op. then BAM. haha, it just takes away all the energy I do have.
