Nearly week 3

I feel like shit I barley eat anything , I feel very weak and now I'm having trouble with very low sugars I don't no if I should of had this surgery I'm having dibetic hypos on a daily basis I'm just lost for words really no support out here where I live I feel all alone I'm off to the hospital for a suspected blood clot to can things get any worse ????????
