Pain and Nausea

When does this start to get better?

I feel all Im doing is sleeping most days. Im using the bathroom, taking a shower and getting my walks in obviously when Im awake lol. Is this normal or should I be doing more? I'm 4 days post-op.

    I am guessing you have more pain and nausea which is likely due to dehydration. Do you know how much liquid you are getting into your system at this point?

    It is the number 1 reason for nausea, dizziness, weakness, and even pain after Bariatric surgery. It is also dangerous if it goes on too long. The best thing you can do right now is focus on Water intake.

    Once you do, you will feel much better. I promise!
