Craving

I am currently 7 days post op and on full liquids. Before the surgery I had a 10 day all liquid diet. I am craving real food that I can chew anything any everything

I am in the same boat Maddy. I'm day 9 and I'm SOOOOO sick of liquids. Would kill for some scrambled eggs.

It sucks.... But you will get through it!! I will say that first bite of scrambled egg or cottage cheese is like heaven!!!

I well remember wanting to chew something. Try sugar free popsicles. They help a little. Otherwise, just know this time will pass. A small blip in the larger journey.

Freeze some crystal light into ice cubes and chew on those.
