Diana74, yes you have lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks! Great success have you ever lost that much weight in 6 weeks before?

Don't worry if you are following the nutritionist reccomandations then you are doing great! 6 weeks out you should be on soft foods now? I was on soft mushy at that time. Just put the scale away or weigh every week or let your surgeons office weigh you. You are so early out of surgery, the weight will fall off if you keep to your food plans and shakes. Good luck

You are doing GREAT! That is a LOT of weight in just six weeks. Keep your head up and keep losing!
