Just thought I would share a recipe I made. I purchased a small crockpot. I have 2 others but too big for hubby and me eating less. I bought four apples different kinds for taste flavors. I peeled and sliced them out about half cup Water and splash of lemon juice in. I then added a touch sugar free maple pancake syrup also. I added quite a bit of cinnamon cause I love cinnamon. Put the lid on and my house smelled like apple pies baking. After 6 to 7 hours or till tender I mashed up with a potato masher. It is yummy to my tummy. I just put a tablespoon or so in cottage cheese and it is so good. I have also dipped my deli turkey or ham in it. Just thought I would share. Hope you all have a terrific healthy day!!!!
