Arbonne Fizz Sticks

Hello fellow sleepers!

I was sleeved on May 15th and have been successful so far. I've lost 45 lbs so far!

Anyway, I used to LOVE arbonne Fizz Sticks and now that I'm back to the gym and back to zumba I'd like them again.

For those of you who have had these amazing items, would they be appropriate with my surgery? I don't think it's as "fizzy" as say soda.

I have one to sample and try out but I just wanted opinions and stories! Thanks a bunch!

Any "fizziness" hurts me. Alkaseltzer plus hurts me now.

Yeah the carbonation doesn't work for me either. Tried soda Water and it didn't sit well so I can't imagine the fizz sticks would do well for me either.

Everyone reacts different though. If you are going to try them, I would definitely say try a small amount and give yourself a few minutes to see how your sleeve reacts before drinking more.

Best of luck!
