Has anyone had to have a hiatal hernia repair that was done during their gastric sleeve procedure, repaired again?

I just had surgery in January with the hernia repair. My surgeon said that my Gerd can return and that may eventually lead to a conversion to Gastric Bypass. He never suggested or implied repairing the Hiatal again.

Are you having severe acid again?

I have EVERYTHING!! Lol. I'm 7 weeks post op and I still can't do solids. I can chew and swallow but it never gets to my sleeve. He says he stitched the hernia repair too tight so food can't pass so it's coming back up.
