Pouch Reset - anyone try it?

I'm about a year post-op and am not only at a stall..but think I've actually gained a couple pounds..but haven't really changed anything major. Same basic diet and routine. I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried this pouch reset I've read about? and if so, any success after the fact?

Thanks!

not specifically - although when I had to go on Clear liquids in preparation for my colonoscopy I know that I was far more aware of my restriction afterwards.
