So much has changed

Well, I haven't posted any before and afters, but I was just in Montana for a week on a service event. We did a lot of lifting and moving of heavy things among other things and I knew I had gotten stronger all week, but when I saw this photo all I could stare at (after noticing how cute the little girl in the photo is) was how my arm and shoulders looked! Especially if you compare to just about a year ago. I am the one in the blue tank on the far right. My chicken wing wobble even got smaller this week!

I will admit that the reason for the hat in the new photo is that my hair is so thin now that I had to wear a hat at all times on my trip to prevent sunburn and cover my balding spots, but that will come back!

As a pointed out to a friend on Monday, I have kicka$$ shoulders and legs now! (No photos of the legs though!) Especially after last week -- we did a lot of hiking and I went running three days too! Now to work on my middle! :P

Wow! You look great! This is exactly how I see the difference is through pictures and clothing.

You should be very proud of yourself and you are right you do have kick a$$ shoulders.
