Bummer :(

I received my letter to stay out of work for 3 weeks after surgery (8/31) but It has the dr name and location which makes it pretty obvious what my plans are ! Of course it does what was I thinking . The letter just states major surgery but the location and Drs name is a giveaway . I'm going to go to my PCP and hope they will write it over for me on their letterhead . Wish me luck
