Approval Question

I don't think I'm approved for surgery yet. I got everything done except for the EKG.
I was just wondering, do you think a person is more apt to get approved for surgery when the nutritionist, primary care physician AND psychiatrist all give their approval? Or can there still be some reason that they'll deny you? My insurance is medicare.

Hello Autumn Riley Arnold. Pray all is well My file wasn't submitted to my insurance company until I had completed everything. 6months of NUT visits ~ EDG ~ PSYCH EVALUATION ~ speciality appointments and life skills classes. And in less than 10 days I was approved Hope this helps
