Started off bad......

Surgery date was May 4 the pain was horrible. I had my gallbladder removed also. I couldn't take down much fluids at first. I don't like the full feeling. So I have learned how to listen to my body. meat makes me feel really full so I have became a Vegan!!!!!...... Everything taste very different!! For some odd reason I love vegetables now. I started walking 45 min 5 days a week and Water aerobics 3 times a week for a hour.( 3 weeks ago). I also use weights when walking. Breakfast and lunch is Protein shakes. The weight has started to melt off. I'm usually a couch potato with no energy for nothing. If you can push yourself you will begin to love working out. I crave it now!!!.... It feels good to have some energy........ It does get better.(12 weeks post op.)... Started at 311 I'm now 256......post-292766-14702526347511_thumb.jpg
