First BP and hopefull last

Well, I guess I got just a wee bit too cocky. I had scrambled eggs with spinach this am. with no problems. I have had a Protein Bar, yesterday and some other solids. I am suppose to move toward solids slowly this week. Well, I tried tuna fish for lunch, I chewed well about 3 tiny bites, and I knew I was in trouble. Didn't take long til back it came. Hope I never BP again. I went back to full liquids for today and tomorrow. That must mean I am not as open as I thought!! (Gee really, duh!) and there really is a band down there.

Hope no one else joins the club.

Marilyn

I think you mean PB (Productive Burp)! Any way...yep, that's how it goes. You'll find some stuff that works for you and some things that don't . We all seem to different in that aspect. Something to keep in mind as well...just because tuna gave you trouble today doesn't mean you can never eat it again. One day chicken will give me trouble and the next is just fine. Time of month, my level of hydration, stress all sorts of things seem to affect my restriction so I just try to be careful and usually it all works out fine. Welcome to bandland!
