    You are correct....Sam's sells 12 to a box. I checked to be sure. Not a good deal compared to costco, with or without coupon. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

    @@kittykatlover, not sure where you live but I just checked online and Costco shows premier is $24.99 (w/o coupon) however at Sams club it sells for $18.98 ( a dollar cheaper without a coupon). Seems like Sams has the better deal, if you have a membership.
