Left-sided abdominal pain

I am having terrible left-sided abdominal pain after my gastric bypass surgery? 5 days out and I told this to my surgeon and he says it is not related to the bypass surgery. I told him I didn't have it before hand. Go figure. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Thank you Kristen. I thought similarly. At first I thought a pulled muscle but it has been several days. AnI think I am behind on fluids as you suggest. I must admit I am mildly concerned. I will call my surgeon today. Thank you!
