Stitches

Has anyone had problems with any internal stitches making their way out. In one of my incisions I have one coming out. I can't grab at it but when something rubs against it, it hurts.

Put a gauze pad over it and give your team a call.

They will tell you what to do.

This is not uncommon, so please do not panic.

The gauze pad is just to prevent the stitch from rubbing against your clothing.

Post back and let us know how you made out.

Good luck, friend. :)

One of mine did that. My surgeon had me just keep a little bandaid over it till the internal part dissolved then the part that stuck out fell off.

It's not that big. It started off like a pimple and over time I feel it only when my clothing rubs on it. I'm not alarmed of them coming out. Just bothersome ya know
