Hello everyone my name is Jonte and I am 3 yrs post op. My starting weight was 390 and my lowest weight was 250. I was slowly working my way down to my personal goal weight of 215 when I became pregnant with my second child.
Now six weeks post pregnancy I am getting back in gear to loss the 65 pounds to make it to my goal weight. Unfortunately I have moved away from Indiana were I had my surgery completed at St Vincent's in Carmel but the dieticians have been amazing with mailing and emailing me what I need as well as providing phone support. One of the best things about the gastric bypass is if your willing to put in the work you are able to see the results no matter how far out you are. So here's to my new journey and a big congratulations to those of you just beginning your journey. If you have questions please please please feel free to ask. I am an open book.
