I've been approved for VGS and I also have my surgery date; can someone tell me why the Doctors still requesting more blood testing to be done... Upon registration ???

The surgical team has to make sure that you are "you", for one thing.

They also check:

blood type in case of transfusion need

pregnancy test

STD testing

MSRA testing

Narcotic testing

Nicotine testing

There's soooo much about us that is revealed through our blood.

It's all routine.

It's all good.

Just relax and go to sleep ---wake up having had you WLS. :)
