bathroom issues

Ok I am about 5 weeks out and I am really struggling with bathroom issues and eating 1st is it normal to have mucus when you have a bowel moment because it seems like I get it daily I am starting week five and still not eating alot because alot just doesnt seem to agree with me. I am finding that nothing seems to appeal to me. Things I use to like I could care less about eating so this makes it hard for me to find something that I can eat more then two bites of and after my 2 bottle of Water which I mark one two three four I feel water logged any suggestions . I just want to feel normal again and is beginning to wonder if it will ever happen really need some help

Sounds typical; was me to a t. Yes, it progresses. Lots of new changes. Embrace that nothing appeals to you right now; it will help with the weight loss w/o you feeling deprived. Slow and steady. You are doing a wonderul thing for yourself!

Give it time and keep trying. I promise, it will get better.
