I hate food

Im less than a week pre-op for sleeve and currently am SO sick of food..has anyone else ever felt this way? I've battled obesity my entire life and am looking forward to a fresh start and doing it the right way. I know everyone is eager for the the surgery day but mine cant come soon enough!

I'm having surgery Thursday and I feel the exact same way. The first 4-5 days in my liquid diet were a nightmare but at this point I have managed to calm what I thought before was 'hunger' with liquid

Yup! That's why I did me pre op diet for a month instead of two weeks and why I never even considered a "food funeral". Why gain it just to lose it? I'd eaten more than my lifetime share of food

I'm grateful it is no longer that hard for me because I hope it will help me succeed. Best of luck to you!

I'd eaten more than my lifetime share of food by the time I had surgery and was ready to stop. So....I did.
