What is this feeling? (Post-op)

My sleeve was done Wednesday, July 20th. I have what I thought is hunger pains, it is fierce then goes away. I'm so hungry! Seriously I can sip liquids, and Popsicles. But I want to and my stomach wants me to eat something. Is this normal?

I had that same feeling shortly after surgery. And of course, I freaked out since everyone says that you won't feel hungry after having the sleeve done. It went away after I started taking a PPI.

However, six weeks out I am occasionally "hungry". It's not like the hunger I used to feel, I just feel a bit empty. And then a very small portion of something fills me right up.

Good luck. It gets better and better.
