I'm New! Need help w/shakes!

Hi all,

I'm new. I tried hard to find a local weekly face-to-face meeting and couldn't. Monthly, minimal contact with people just wasn't going to do it for me so here I am. T-11 days until surgery for me. On liquid diet for 4 days. I actually feel great.

I've been trying to find ways to make the shakes savory instead of sweet but are failing miserably. Anyone have any ideas?

Unjury does a chicken soup protein drink. It's not amazing but did switch up the sweet flavor for me!
