stall at a month out?

Hello,

so for the first 2 1/2 weeks, I lost a pound a day, give or take. I'm down 20 pounds in a month, which is great! However for the last 5-8ish days, the scale has been stuck at 183. Is this typical? Please help!

That's crazy @@marisaxily our stats are nearly the same except I've been at the same wt since 6/16 so I guess I've been at a stall for about a month or so now I have lost inches and am down and I can feel my skin is not as jiggly as before so who knows what my body is trying to work out but hey one day at a time!!
