I just hit 50 so I will start by introducing myself here. I am preop having gastric bypass on September 16 in Denver. I have been stalking a lot of posts on the site and there is so much great information here.

Yes that was what he was explaining to me he wanted to make sure of size and where exactly it was and they want to check my esophagus because I have chronic GERD I prayer that it does not interfere with my surgery. Thank you for your comments and support I know you are happy acid reflex is horrible. I really like this program they cover everything including your mind setting you up for success the only thing I don't like is that it takes such a long time

I had GERD pretty bad for years and sick multiple times a week due to past vertical banding.

My revision to RNY went well, and the GERD is gone and I can now eat healthy foods and have no more issues---It feels so good.

Hope it works as well for you.

Thank you I am hoping it helps to because I have suffered with this for many years now and it appears the healthy foods i like trigger it broccoli is one an cucumbers another. And now for the last week and a half I have not lost a lb I am getting discouraged I don't know what to do to get the scale moving again i don't want my support group thinking I am not trying because I am and I haven't changed much in what I am eating except eating more vegetables since the garden is now producing the fruits of my labor
