Anyone doing low carb high Protein diet. I am about 3 months out and my insurance wants me to lose 15 pounds. Had scrambled eggs with cheese. My biggest problem is what to have for lunch. Anyone having success with this?

For lunch I do a small salad with homemade ranch dressing and then some roll ups

Turkey slices and american cheese

ham and provolone cheese

Prosciutto and Mozzarella cheese sticks

I also sometimes use a bento type box -- a few black olives, some roll ups, some almonds or cashews and some sliced cucumber with hummus.
