You'll be just fine. Just follow the diet for each week. Eat slowly. I am in week 4 eating real food. The portions are extremely small and I fill up quickly. Take it one day at a time.

Yes I would do it again. The first few weeks are the toughest. But by week 4/5 you start to feel normal. I drink 1/2 can of Protein drink in the am and then a couple of slices of bacon and I am done. In an hour or so I will eat something else. The dogs are loving this the most as they get what I can't eat :D as for Water the first 3 weeks I live on Popsicle now I am up to one 16 oz bottle of water and Popsicle. Like I said a day at a time. It is a slow healing process but you want to heal without having any leakage.
