    I had my sleeve on 7/25 I had an irregular heart rate after surgery so ended up in the hospital from Monday till Friday. I feel good , started puréed food today. I had cottage cheese and unsweetened applesauce for lunch. I was able to get one premier shake completed this morning. I have lost right at 10 pounds since surgery .
