Day 15 Post-Op 2nd Day Walking

Good feeling that I'm finally able to get some exercise in. Cant do close to what i was able to do prior to surgery but I'm back climbing and body is still healing. Best advice i was given from my bariatric pals was take your time and don't rush back into working out. Because i worked out 7 days after surgery and it was the worse mistake. Had severe stomach pains (almost thought i needed to go to the ER) and headaches and i felt drained and nauseated.

I don't know how people are exercising so early. I'm 2 weeks post op and I'm getting lightheaded just standing and walking around the house!!!
