SURGERY DATE 7/19 I'm freaking out!

I'm at work going through the emotions. I've worked so hard to get here. I don't know what's wrong.

It's a big change, all of this is normal. I haven't gone through surgery yet, but sometimes I have freak out moments too. This is alot of change from eating, to how you look, to the way you see yourself. But you have worked so hard to get this far and you are gonna do great!!!

You're so right. I'm trying to chill out and think positive. All will be well.

I haven't had surgery yet either, but I completely understand your fears. What helps me is reading all the positive, wonderful blogs on this site. I see how strong so many of these women and men are, and I KNOW I am strong too. Yes, it's a HUGE lifestyle change but my current lifestyle is going to kill me. You got this girl!!! Keep reaching out to other's on this site and they will help you through your journey.
