When you feel ready. I don't think there are straight answers for this. There are guidelines and recommendations but not answerS. I waited 4 weeks after my rny but that's when I felt comfortable.

    4 weeks is probably about where I was, but I wanted things kind of healed before we started up on that.

    This weekend, 9 weeks post op, was pretty amazing because I'm all healed and no reason to hold anything back in that department :D
