I'm 4 weeks post op and I was wondering if anyone at 4 weeks has done body weight exercising such as trx?

TRX is a new program offered at my gym. I have tried it. I have experimented trying out different exercise programs to find what keep's me motivated. I say give it a try.

I was on a 8 week restriction because of a hiatal hernia repair. Walking was all I could do.
