I'm not four months out. I'm two years out. I hope you don't mind my post.

TRX is a new program offered at my gym. I have tried it. I have experimented trying out different exercise programs to find what keep's me motivated. I say give it a try.

I'm not cleared for any kind of weight training until six weeks. I would check with your doc to see what they recommend.

I was on a 8 week restriction because of a hiatal hernia repair. Walking was all I could do.
