Constipation....4 days post-op

hi all! Not so fun tOptic, but......I haven't had a bowel movement in 7 days and none in site. I was told to use Milk of Magnesia but my new tummy rejected it wholeheartedly. Are there other safe suggestions? My surgery was Tuesday and I aM still on clear liquids until Tues. any advice is appreciated!
