Have you tried powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken flavored Protein powder? It makes a broth-like concoction when mixed with Water. I mix 1 scoop of chicken flavor and 1/2 scoop of unflavored with 1 1/2 cups of very warm tap water. There are 30 grams of protein in that amount of powder. I mix the chicken with unflavored because it's a little strong without the mix.

I like unjury chicken broth. Also like Campbell's beef consume with unflavored Isopure Protein. I also made some "broth" with these knorrs concentrated flavor enhancers and added protein.

Whole foods sells some good bone broths as well.

Another thought...

I also bought a SmartShake shaker. It does a great job of mixing the powders and I don't have to break out the blender!

Better than bouillon, either turkey or chicken. It is a paste you add hot Water to. Making your own is even better. (I would strain these two when I was still on clears with a fine mesh tea strainer(

I agree! This broth saved me while on liqids. I bought it at costco and added unflavored Protein powder. I was delicious at the time.
