Palpitations and fatigue after eating?

Hi,

I got sleeved 5th September. Apart from severe nausea first few months especially whenever I had business trips all well so far and nearly at my ideal weight. Still find it hard to eat well when away from home. I find I get extreme fatigue and palpitations after eating. Is this normal? I understand the fatigue is just the blood running to my tummy but should I be worried about the palpitations?

My surgeon run blood tests and although I am slightly low on insulin he says it will correct itself in time and not to take any medication for it yet.

Any advice?

Thank you!!

That happens to me when I eat something too high in sugar or fat content. I've actually had to lie down for 1/2 hour due to feeling so exhausted.
