It's like the main incision is driving me insane from itching it is tender but itch so bad, any suggestions?

I put a little cortisone around (not on!) incision and then neosporin in incision. Itching means healing but a person can only take so much!

My middle and left, which nurse tells me get the most manipulation during surgery itched the most.

taking a warm shower will help as well.....

I was told to use a heating pad on my stomach due to mine still hurting/sore for even clothes to touch them. And they itch something horrible. My Dr used glue.

@@tbella67 yes I had glue too but I bought Neosporin pain itch and scar ointment and after my warm shower I put it in and it worked miracles. I hope you feel better.

Heating pad was an essential for me for comfort and sleep since surgery. No real pain now, just makes me feel better and less itchy! And helps with gas pain!
