7 days post-op

So the past week has by far been the hardest week of my life! Clear liquids and recovery on top of a bunch of other life circumstances but today I went for my one week follow up and I am 18 pounds down!!!! That was so worth the hard week I'm so excited to be on the losing side!!! I maybe miserable while trying to change the way I eat but at least I'm not actually hungry!

Walk, figure out the best way to increase your protein and enjoy the change. It really is cool if you stay between the lines and maintain the speed limit. (umm, just a metaphor I use to say "do what you know you should do")
