I lost 5lbs from last week. They said I'm losing weight like a 500lb patient would. They started me on 1% milk and unsweetened apple sauce to slow me down last week. Heck, I feel really well and thought it was normal. Since Dec 23rd I have lost 24lbs and 10lbs since Jan 5th

Good morning everyone. I'm so excited I just hit my first 20 lb loss! This has been the best decision I have ever made. I want to live long and be the best Nana to my grand babies for many years to come.

Hey all...I'm really struggling. I was gone for 8 days...I barely ate or drank. I know I'm not getting my Water in. I feel lousy and my legs are swelling again. One of my incisions has gotten infected and is not healing. I'm just a mess. I haven't lost any weight for 2 weeks I think. Which is ok but my abdomen is bloated out like it was before surgery. Why can't I ever win.

Surgeon's office got me in right away. They said it was a disposable stitch my body was rejecting & causing infection. She pulled the stitch and told me to clean it really good and it will heal really fast now. Thank the lord. I thought I did something wrong. They said I should get back on track now that I'm home. And since my scale was broken I couldn't weigh so now they said I lost 15 lbs since I was there 2 weeks ago. I knew my stinkin scale was lying and broken. I don't feel like I lost any lbs though. But my broken scale is what kept telling me I wasn't losing. I bought a new better one today.
